N.H. Rev. Stat. § 151:8-a

The department of health and human services shall reinstate any license revoked or suspended under RSA 151:7 if correction has been accomplished and the facility has paid to the department of health and human services a reinspection fee equal to the annual license fee, provided for in RSA 151:5.
