N.H. Rev. Stat. § 151:3
Current through Chapter 94 of the 2024 Legislative Session
Facilities subject hereto which are already in operation at the time of enactment hereof shall be given a reasonable time from the date of enactment of this law within which to comply with the rules and regulations and minimum standards provided for herein.
