N.H. Rev. Stat. § 135-C:63
Current through Chapter 381 of the 2024 Legislative Session
Upon request, the office of the sheriff of the county in which any person is located who is to be taken into custody in accordance with RSA 135-C:62 shall take said person into custody and transport that person to the appropriate destination.
