N.H. Rev. Stat. § 16:3
Current through Chapter 94 of the 2024 Legislative Session
Upon receiving such petition, the secretary of state shall forthwith mail a copy thereof to each member of the general court together with a ballot upon which shall be stated the following question: "Are you of the opinion that the general court should meet in special session?"
