Section 104.9710 - Applicability of amendatory provisions to preexisting transactions, liens, actions, cases and proceedings1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 104.9710 to 104.9717, inclusive, this article as amended applies to a transaction or lien within its scope, even if the transaction or lien was entered into or created before July 1, 2013.2.
