Section 88A.400 - Indemnification of trustee, beneficial owner or other person1. Subject to the standards and restrictions, if any, set forth in the certificate of trust or the governing instrument, a business trust may indemnify and hold harmless a trustee, beneficial owner or other person from and against all claims and demands.2.
