Section 87A.100 - "Registered limited-liability limited partnership" defined

"Registered limited-liability limited partnership" means a limited partnership:

1. Formed pursuant to an agreement governed by this chapter; and

2. Registered pursuant to and complying with NRS 87A.630 to 87A.655, inclusive.
