Section 82A.090 - Powers and duties of Secretary of State and Attorney General are cumulative

The powers and duties of the Secretary of State and the Attorney General pursuant to the provisions of this chapter are in addition to other powers and duties of the Secretary of State and Attorney General with respect to charitable organizations and nonprofit organizations.
