Section 82.541 - Directors, officers, employees and agents: Indemnification; insurance against liability1. A corporation governed by this chapter may indemnify any person against expenses as provided in NRS 78.7502 and 78.751. For the purposes of this section, the word "stockholders" in NRS 78.751 is equivalent to the word "members."2.
