Section 81.919 - Election of corporation to be governed as worker cooperative; applicable law1. A corporation formed pursuant to chapter 78 of NRS may elect to be governed as a worker cooperative under the provisions of NRS 81.901 to 81.959, inclusive, and such an election must be stated in the articles of incorporation of the corporation or in an amendment to the articles of incorporation of the corporation filed pursuant to chapter 78 of NRS.2.
