Section 80.040 - Required records in foreign language must be accompanied by English translations

If the papers required by NRS 80.010 and 80.030 to be filed in this State are of record in a language other than English in the place of creation of the corporation, the certified papers in that language shall be accompanied by a verified translation into the English language.
