Section 78B.030 - "Benefit enforcement proceeding" defined "Benefit enforcement proceeding" means a claim or action for:
1. Failure of a benefit corporation to pursue the general public benefit purpose of the benefit corporation or any specific public benefit purpose set forth in its articles of incorporation;2. Violation of a duty or standard of conduct imposed on a director or officer of a benefit corporation pursuant to this chapter; or3.
