Section 78.065 - Adoption and use of corporate seal or stamp1. Every corporation, by virtue of its existence as such, shall have power to adopt and use a common seal or stamp, and alter the same at pleasure.2. The use of a seal or stamp by a corporation on any corporate record is not necessary.
