Section 77.030 - "Appointment of agent" defined

"Appointment of agent" means a statement appointing an agent for service of process filed by a:

1. Domestic entity that is not a filing entity or a nonqualified foreign entity under NRS 77.380; or

2. Nonresident guardian.
