Section 75A.420 - Secretary of State responses and data available on Internet website; submission of annual report to Governor and Legislature1. The Secretary of State shall make available on the Internet website of the Office of the Secretary of State: (a) The responses to the survey conducted pursuant to NRS 75A.410 in such a manner that the responses may be searched electronically by the name of the business that submitted the response; and(b) Aggregate data relating to the survey conducted pursuant to NRS 75A.410.2.
