Section 75.NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] [Exemption of fees]1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a veterans service organization and any agent or officer of a veterans service organization are exempt from any fees imposed pursuant to this title.2. As used in this section, "veterans service organization" means any organization recognized by the United States Secretary of Veterans Affairs pursuant to 38 U.S.C. § 5902 for the representation of veterans.Added by 2023, Ch. 455,§1, eff. 1/1/2024.
