Section 710.152 - Sale or lease of system: Measure and explanation to be drafted by district attorney

When proceedings are instituted to sell or lease a county-owned telephone system pursuant to paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NRS 710.151, the district attorney shall draft the measure and an explanation thereof for submission to the registered voters.
