Section 706A.040 - "Driver" defined "Driver":
1. Means a natural person who:(a) Operates a motor vehicle that is owned, leased or otherwise authorized for use by the person; and(b) Enters into an agreement with a transportation network company to receive connections to potential passengers and related services from a transportation network company in exchange for the payment of a fee to the transportation network company.2.
