Section 706.88499 - Taxicab driver prohibited from acting as driver for transportation network company under certain circumstances; termination of employment1. A driver who operates a taxicab as an employee of a certificate holder shall not act as a driver as defined in NRS 706A.040: (a) Using the taxicab provided by his or her employer; or(b) During any time for which the person receives wages from his or her employer for duties which include the operation of a taxicab.2.
