Section 706.44793 - Operator of tow car required to accept certain forms of payment; operator of tow car authorized to offer discount for payment in cash1. An operator of a tow car shall accept cash, money orders, credit cards, debit cards and any electronic transfer of money as payment for towing services.2. An operator of a tow car may offer a discount to a customer for payment in cash of any rate, fare or charge.3.
