Section 704.062 - "Application to make changes in any schedule" and "application" defined

"Application to make changes in any schedule" and "application" include, without limitation:

1. A general rate application;

2. An application to recover the cost of purchased fuel, purchased power, or natural gas purchased for resale;

3. An annual deferred energy accounting adjustment application; and

4. An annual rate adjustment application.
