Section 704.NEW - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] ["Carbon capture, use and storage" defined]

"Carbon capture, use and storage" means the capture of greenhouse gas emissions, including, without limitation, through direct air capture, that would otherwise be released into the atmosphere.
