Section 701B.880 - [Expires 12/31/2025] Participation in net metering

To be eligible for an incentive through the Waterpower Demonstration Program, the waterpower energy system must meet the requirements for participation in net metering pursuant to the provisions of NRS 704.766 to 704.776, inclusive.
