Section 696A.350 - Penalties1. Any person violating the provisions of NRS 696A.080 to 696A.110, inclusive, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.2. Any person violating any other provisions of NRS 696A.010 to 696A.340, inclusive, other than NRS 696A.080 to 696A.110, inclusive, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
