Section 695D.220 - Licensing of agents1. The provisions of chapter 683A of NRS apply to the licensing of agents for an organization for dental care.2. As used in this section, "agent" means any person who is associated, directly or indirectly, with the organization and engages in soliciting or enrolling members.
