Section 695C.177 - Reimbursement for treatments by licensed psychologist

If any evidence of coverage provides coverage for treatment of an illness which is within the authorized scope of the practice of a qualified psychologist, the insured is entitled to reimbursement for treatments by a licensed psychologist.
