Section 690B.110 - Applicability of other provisions1. Except as provided in subsection 2 and NRS 690B.100 to 690B.180, inclusive, insurance for home protection is subject to all applicable provisions of this Code.2. The provisions of chapters 687A and 692C of NRS do not apply to insurance for home protection.
