Section 689.715 - Preneed sales agreement required to be provided by funeral director, funeral arranger or cemetery authority to person entitled to custody of remains of buyer; administrative fine1. A funeral director, funeral arranger or cemetery authority that enters into a preneed sales agreement shall, upon the death of the buyer, provide a copy of the agreement to each person entitled to custody of the remains.2.
