Section 686C.180 - Provision of assistance to Commissioner

The Association may render assistance and advice to the Commissioner upon request by the Commissioner, concerning rehabilitation, payment of claims, continuation of coverage or the performance of other contractual obligations of an impaired or insolvent insurer.
