Section 686B.160 - Rules providing statistical plans for use by insurers in recording and reporting of experience; authorized designation of rate service organization to assist Commissioner in gathering and compiling experience for availability to public1. The Commissioner may promulgate or approve reasonable rules providing statistical plans for use thereafter by all insurers in the recording and reporting of loss and expense experience, in order that the experience of insurers may be made available to the Commissioner.2.
