Section 683A.367 - Restrictions concerning selling, soliciting and negotiating continuous care coverage; fine1. A person licensed as a producer of insurance shall not sell, solicit or negotiate continuous care coverage unless the person is licensed as a producer of: (a) Accident and health insurance and casualty insurance; or(b) Accident and health insurance and has received approval from the Commissioner to market continuous care coverage.2.
