Section 683A.184 - Commissioner: Forms for application for initial licensure and renewal; fees for initial licensure and renewal; regulations1. The Commissioner shall: (a) Prescribe the forms for an owner to apply initially for a license and to renew a license; and(b) Adopt such regulations as are necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 683A.181 to 683A.189, inclusive.2. The Commissioner may establish by regulation:(a) An initial application fee to be paid by an applicant for the initial issuance of a license; and(b) A renewal fee to be paid by a licensee for the renewal of the license.Added to NRS by 2019, 1223Added by 2019, Ch. 220,§20, eff. 7/1/2020.
