Section 679B.159 - Report of violation to Commissioner; confidentiality of report1. Every insurer, agent, solicitor, broker, administrator or other person who has knowledge of a violation of any provision of this Code shall promptly report the facts and circumstances pertaining to the violation to the Commissioner.2.
