Section 678B.323 - Licensing of cannabis consumption lounges: Regulations establishing criteria for determination of social equity applicant1. The Board shall adopt regulations establishing criteria to be used by the Board for determining whether an applicant for the issuance or renewal of an adult-use cannabis establishment license for an independent cannabis consumption lounge qualifies as a social equity applicant for the purposes of this chapter.2. The regulations adopted pursuant to subsection 1 must establish the minimum percentage of ownership in a proposed independent cannabis consumption lounge which will be held by a person or group of persons who have been adversely affected by provisions of previous laws which criminalized activity relating to cannabis for the applicant to qualify as a social equity applicant.Added to NRS by 2021, 2358Added by 2021, Ch. 387,§11, eff. 10/1/2021.
