Section 677.430 - Commissioner to examine licensee's business at least annually; fee1. At least once each year, the Commissioner or his or her authorized representatives shall make an examination of the place of business of each licensee and of the loans, transactions, books, papers and records of such licensee so far as they pertain to the business licensed under this chapter.2.
