Section 675.100 - Fees for application and investigation; regulations1. At the time of making the application, the applicant shall pay to the Commissioner:(a) A nonrefundable fee of not more than $1,000 for the application and survey;(b) Any additional expenses incurred in the process of investigation as the Commissioner deems necessary; and(c) A fee of not less than $200 or more than $1,000, prorated on the basis of the licensing year as provided by the Commissioner.2. The Commissioner shall adopt regulations establishing the amount of the fees required pursuant to this section.
