A licensee who authorizes any employee to engage in the business of lending in this State at a remote location shall, at least once each year, conduct a review and evaluation of the operations of the licensee which are conducted by employees working at remote locations to determine whether such operations comply with the provisions of sections 5 to 8, inclusive, of this act. The Commissioner may require a licensee to conduct such a review and evaluation at such other times as the Commissioner deems necessary.
