Section 673.840 - Sale or offer to sell securities without license or for failure to pay fee or penalty Any person doing business in this state, as described in NRS 673.070, who:
1. Sells or offers for sale within this state any securities of any company, savings bank or corporation which has not received the license provided for in NRS 673.080 and 673.250; or2. Fails to pay a fee or penalty as provided in NRS 673.430, is guilty of a misdemeanor for each such violation.
