Section 672.345 - Applicable law; filing of annual reportA foreign credit union which has been issued a certificate of authority shall:
1. Serve its members in this state in accordance with its bylaws and the laws of the state in which it was organized, except where those laws conflict with the provisions of this chapter.2.
