Section 670B.630 - Complaints: Submission to Commissioner for investigation; Division of Financial Institutions required to share with Office of the Attorney General1. The Student Loan Ombudsman designated pursuant to NRS 226.560 or a member of the public may submit a complaint concerning a student loan servicer to the Commissioner for investigation pursuant to NRS 670B.640.2.
