Section 669A.260 - Fees for examination1. The Commissioner may examine the books and records of a licensed family trust company. For each examination of the books and records of a licensed family trust company as authorized under this chapter, the Commissioner shall charge and collect from the licensed family trust company a fee for conducting the examination and in preparing, typing and copying the report of the examination at the rate established and, if applicable, adjusted pursuant to NRS 658.101.2.
