Section 652.071 - Applicability of chapter: Public and private laboratories; exceptionsThe provisions of this chapter apply to all public and private medical laboratories except:
1. A laboratory of any college, university or school which is conducted for the training of its students, actively engaged in research and approved by the Department of Education.2. Laboratories operated by the Federal Government.3.
