Section 649.297 - Fee for failure to submit reports; regulations1. If a holder of a license or manager's certificate fails to submit any report required pursuant to this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto within the prescribed period, the Commissioner may impose and collect a fee of not more than $10 for each day the report is overdue.2.
