Section 648.177 - Duty to immediately surrender license or registration upon notice of suspension, revocation or refusal to renew

Upon receiving written notification of a suspension, revocation or refusal to renew a license or registration, the holder of the license or registration shall immediately surrender the license or registration to the Board.
