Section 645F.292 - Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008: Adoption of regulations to comply with requirements

The Commissioner shall adopt such regulations as necessary to comply with the requirements of the federal Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008.
