Section 645F.250 - Commissioner and Division required to administer chapters governing mortgage lending and related professions

The Commissioner and the Division shall administer the provisions of this chapter and chapters 645A and 645B of NRS, subject to administrative supervision by the Director of the Department of Business and Industry.
