Section 645C.320 - Qualifications for issuance and grounds for denial of certificate or license1. The Administrator shall issue a certificate or license, as appropriate, to any person: (a) Of good moral character, honesty and integrity;(b) Who meets the educational requirements and has the experience prescribed in NRS 645C.330 or any regulation adopted pursuant to that section;(c) Who, except as otherwise provided in NRS 645C.360, has satisfactorily passed a written examination approved by the Commission; and(d) Who submits all information required to complete an application for a certificate or license.2.
