Section 645.647 - Additional grounds for disciplinary action: Failure to pay money to Commission or Division In addition to any other remedy or penalty, the Commission or the Division, as appropriate, may:
1. Refuse to issue a license, permit, certificate or registration to a person who has failed to pay money which the person owes to the Commission or the Division.2.
