Section 645.130 - Employees, legal counsel, investigators and other professional consultants of Real Estate Division; restrictions1. The Real Estate Division may employ:(a) Legal counsel, investigators and other professional consultants without regard to the provisions of chapter 284 of NRS.(b) Such other employees as are necessary to the discharge of its duties.2.
