Section 644A.750 - Restrictions on advertisement of work of students on public for pay

No school of cosmetology or student of cosmetology may advertise student work to the public for pay through any medium, including radio, unless the work advertised is:

1. Expressly designated as student's work;

2. Performed within the school of cosmetology; and

3. Performed under the supervision of a licensed instructor of the school of cosmetology.
